Tracking Updates:
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
If tracking does not update immediately, your package is still on the way.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
This means:
- Import duties, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer
- Daecxvuion is not responsible for delays caused by customs
- Fees vary depending on your country’s regulations
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order:

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Your satisfaction is important to us.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the damaged product
We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Daecxvuion is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- File a claim directly with the carrier
We are happy to assist by providing tracking details, but we cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.
