1. Return Eligibility

3. Return Process

Do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders may have already entered processing and cannot be canceled.
